Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Think Big, Do Big LLC (“TBDB”, “we”, “us”) operates thinkbigdobig.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we store it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, request an AI Readiness Audit, complete the AI ROI Calculator, subscribe to our newsletter, or use the Get Started intake form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and the details of your inquiry or assessment responses.

Scheduling information. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the information needed to confirm the meeting (name, email, selected time).

Technical information. Our host may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, send you the resources or updates you requested, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

Form submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL). Access is restricted at the database level — public visitors can submit data but cannot read, modify, or delete records. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of processors to operate the Site:

  • Supabase — database and storage of form submissions.
  • Calendly — meeting scheduling (embedded on the audit and get-started pages). Calendly may set its own cookies within its booking widget.
  • Hostinger — website hosting and request logging.

Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy. We share data with them only as needed to provide the service.

5. Cookies

The Site itself does not set marketing or analytics cookies. The embedded Calendly scheduling widget may set cookies necessary for its functionality when you interact with it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@tbdb.ai and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Data Retention

We retain submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize them.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
