You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, submit fraudulent or abusive form submissions, or access areas you are not authorized to access.

Information on the Site about services, tiers, and pricing is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Each engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work (“SOW”) that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Fees are scoped and agreed before work begins; changes in scope are discussed and agreed in advance.

ROI projections, calculator outputs, case-study metrics, and any guarantees described on the Site are illustrative and depend on factors specific to your business. Except as expressly stated in a signed SOW, services and Site content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

All Site content — including text, design, branding, and code — is owned by TBDB or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced in a client engagement is governed by the applicable SOW.

Information exchanged during an engagement that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential will be treated as such by both parties and used only to deliver the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBDB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as Calendly). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
